When we first engaged Wally we were excited and was looking forward to growing but our rankings haven't grown in over 14 months. We also have to update our own campaigns & when we raised concerns about slow new patient numbers we were confronted with "do more videos".

My boss is annoyed we have spent so much time and money without results and we were very disappointed to find that our adwords was being managed by a 3rd party company in the Phillipines.
