We recently visited Specsavers for our 3.5-year-old daughter, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly patient, kind, and professional in making her feel comfortable throughout the eye test. They used child-friendly techniques and explained everything clearly to us as parents.

The optometrist was especially skilled at keeping our daughter engaged, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

This was my first visit to Spec Savers. I found the Staff very pleasant easy to speak to, easy to understand and the service was excellent. Eye tests done efficiently. My only complaint would be, the chairs at the eye testing station are very uncomfortable. They need to be on wheels to be moved around more easily.

I visited Specsavers at Shellharbour to get my eyes tested. What i was met with was customer service at its finest. Shardia and Silvana really looked after me and provided me with professional and honest advice in my choice of frames. I must say their expertise was spot on. They arranged for my glasses to be delivered to the nearest store near me, what awesome girls. Thanks for that. If you got glasses elsewhere, you should've gone to Specsavers Shellharbour.

Thanks very much to all staff at Specsavers in Shellharbour. Couldn't fault them at all. Very helpful and considerate at all times. Received my glasses and was helped to make sure they fit well. Also told I was able to come back and get them adjusted at any time, in case I needed that service. I did know this but it's good they remind you in any case. Well done Spec Savers!

Specsavers at Shellharbour was a breath of fresh air. A staff member greets you as you enter and they try their best not to keep anyone waiting. When I arrived it was quite busy but never felt neglected. The shopfront and store itself is modern and inviting and the back area where the eye tests and glasses ordering are done is spacious and well designed. I felt comfortable and welcome while I was there. There was a good range of glasses available and I was happy with my choices. I received my glasses back very quickly (11/2 weeks). would recommend the service at Specsavers Shellharbour to anyone needing glasses.
