My honest review ,
We engaged Percept to complete an overhauls of our brand for our business .

The cost quoted was around $30,000 we went ahead and paid the 50% deposit ($15,000) Spent some time with percept over teams meetings 2 weeks or so for them to understand our business aswell as the logo styles we were looking for , when they unveiled the logo and brand design they completely missed the mark, we immediately reached out and asked for 2 more options and this was additional cost again.

We stopped the process there and did not continue. Overall we felt Percept did not give us what we were looking for and it was disappointing they wanted even more money for further options of logos that appeared to have taken them hours to complete.
