I met with Karl in August 2024 regarding refinancing, he said it would take him about 2 hours to put something together for me and that I would hear from him by the end of the day. I never heard back, and even followed up with Jess, the office admin, a week later, and still haven't heard back from him. It's incredibly frustrating that I took the time to complete the online profile, take my newborn to the meeting, then have nothing come of it. Definitely would not recommend, although he did seem keen to ask if we needed any new loans so maybe he's more helpful in that instance.

Karl MB has gone above and beyond once again. He would have to be one of the best in the business!!

Karl has helped my partner and I with it all over the past few years. From settling on our first home a few years back, to refinancing and drawing down on equity since. He talked us through each process and provided clear and helpful advice that was tailored to our needs.

Karl recently worked his magic, once again, to help us settle on our new house. He made things happen quickly when we were under time pressures and provided clear updates throughout the whole process. He took the stress out of a stressful situation.

Not only does he understand the market, but he also cares about his customers. He has always put our best interests first and helped us to achieve what we were looking for.

If you haven’t already, you should to go see Karl!! I could not recommended him enough - you’ll thank me later once you go see how good he truly is!!

Dirk first helped us with our mortgage 5 years ago. We were so happy with his knowledge, support and ability to provide us with the right product that we've been back twice since then! The most recent time, there was a bit of a time crunch. Dirk and his team were cool under pressure and helped us to secure our loan and get all the documents we needed to meet our deadline. Very happy with the team and specifically Karl from Aussie.

They worked to our availability and made the process of purchasing and loan setup simple and pain free.

The options were clear and simple and covered our other needs.

When we had to move in a hurry the team responded quickly and supported us through our purchase.

Having had the loan for a little while now I can say it’s been great and I’d definitely use and recommend Karl and team again.
