Your reply definitely does not reflect our experience with you. Your response is typical cookie cutter lip service. You were non responsive to our concerns over your sub standard work at the time, in fact we suddenly became invisible! We are still repairing the damage you caused to our website. Absolutely appalling business practices.
Very disappointed and frustrating! We were engaged with them through the Darwin business centre (apparently they are a listed NT Gov provider) After briefing them on "cosmetic upgrade only" we were seeking, they absolutely botched what was a great website. It appears as the job was small and funded by NT gov (guaranteed money for them) they delegated the work to their junior and less experienced casual staff. Our poor website has now got dysfunctional features , messy scrambled fonts, and very compromised SEO. As a result, we now find it extremely difficult to work on the back end of our site, which was previously a breeze. And, most concerning, our website has slipped significantly in its Google ranking, costing us lost business! The most frustrating aspects of all of this has been: No care, response or any sign of willing support to fix their screw ups, in fact we are now invisible! The outcome could have been very different if they had of listened to us, rather than take their own creative licence and ruin our website. Not to mention the loss of significant income we have suffered as a result. No way would we ever recommend this company to anyone
