Ashleigh redesigned our salons branding from scratch a year ago this month, we honestly didn't know where to start as we were an established well known local business for 30 years. We knew we wanted something modern and eye catching. Ashleigh's expertise, creativity, and attention to detail was truly appreciated. Every aspect of the brand identity, from the typography and color palette to the logo and supporting graphics, was meticulously crafted and we couldn't be happier with the end result. White Ink Review

Normally, I avoid giving reviews but, White Ink a small but, very competitive and professional quality service. On this occasion I’m delighted to be providing this review and supporting small business, whilst I understand the value of reviews in providing feedback, I assume like others, launching your vison into a reality is not an easy task. White Ink was who I choose not based on price or location as I had researched several services but, didn’t feel that they had what was required. The elegance of White Ink, their business styling was the thing that made me look a second look, so I contacted White Ink who are amazing from the outset, they operate on scheduling which helped me maintain a tight time frame which is very handy, WI helped me navigate the wording (marketing ,logo and design work, everything I need to set up a professional business) as I don’t possess these skills or expertise in this type of work, so WI developed it all my business material and social media requirements.

I must say initially I was very cautious as this not my area of expertise but, as I mentioned, I did my homework and knew what I wanted. I’m based in Canberra and couldn't the right fit until came across White Ink, I could visualise what I thought I wanted, when I had engaged White Ink from my first contact which was the right decision to proceed with. Engaging White Ink, I felt as though I had been listened too, so after a few exchanges I received the first draft which was exciting and I was blown away just amazing, got a range of choices which made it even great but, harder to choose but, it had been developed with care and artistic flair. Also made me think about what should be consider for now and into the future is something that will stand the test of time and not look dated.

I knew that I had made the right choice, gut feeling also supported by my interactions with White Ink really separate them from all the others, WI listened what I had in mind and translated into exceptional work, WI took my vision and made it simply amazing and when comes narrowing the choices it was difficult as I really liked another design and how they were all different and unique. I could see that it was money well spend as I wanted to finish this aspect to be prepared business wise, White Ink gave me back heaps as a whole business package covered just about everything. For me totally hit the mark, I will always be grateful to Ashleigh and White Ink. .

Time has passed since my original set up with WI but, I’m going back to WI to update some details that have changed, and refresh my brand especially my marketing material, WI also was extremely patient with me as I have not social media experience but, Wi developed everything for both my Facebook and Instagram pages, and they very were very kind and walked through how it worked and more importantly how use it several times I recall?.
