Had my rims powder coated (Wheel Respray) - no problems with them, they look good. However, customer service is absolutely terrible. When booking the car in I was VERY clear I needed the car back by Friday if I dropped off Monday 8am. I was assured it would be only a 3-4 day process and definitely ready by Friday. Rang them on the Wednesday after dropping off the car to again confirm pick up on Friday - confirmed good to go. Arrived Friday to pick up, no one there except junior staff who could only tell me that it wasn't ready and the manager was not there that day. They called their manager 'Max' who apparently said the same thing . I tried to call Max myself but calls were ignored three times. I ended up picking the car up 7 days after dropping it off and the reason this was so upsetting was because it was my 30th birthday that Friday and I needed the car to travel out of town. I was unable to enjoy my birthday present on my birthday despite doing everything I could to make it clear I must have it back by then! I also spent $60 on taxis getting to and from the shop for no reason. When I requested this be removed from my bill I was told no and that it was in their policy. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!!

Received a quote for decals and asked to accept a booking and date to apply. Specifically negotiated cost and told no extra cost for design simply to add contact details under a logo. Last minute another person called up to say there would be an extra cost for this and told the job wont go ahead unless I agree to extra. Just poor service in a service orientated world.

Good service. The team made some mistakes printing my designs but the fixed all this within their warranty and hot the job done... Just to poke a few more days than originally planned but pretty happy with the outcome.

Had my car wrapped bye custom graphics. I was told 4-5 days to wrap 3 weeks later i recevided my car back.
Totally unhappy the owner just gave me one excuse arfter anther. And now my vinyl is lifting. I showed my car to another wrapping coming. Who informed me that vinyl was a cheap chines vinyl.

After contacting custom graphics they told me it not there fault. Its mine i two rough with the vinyl witch was two weeks old. Plus when i ask them was it avery or 3m they told me avery. And there want fix it.

Dont wasted you're money!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service and I would recommend everyone to stay away from Custom Graphics they are a bunch of liars selling imported T-Board signs.
We where told our sign would take 14 days and it has now been 12 weeks and we still have not received the sign or our money back.
Constant excuses over the last 12 weeks but the latest excuse today was they are waiting for the canvas to arrive from Czechoslovakia
We paid in full for our sign back on the 11th of April 2016 and since then it has been lie after lie after lie.
We will be lodging a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading as this is an absolute disgrace.
I really don't know how people like this stay in business.
