When I contacted Micheal, he was very prompt, patient and explained everything in ways that a first timer could understand. I deiced to go with Community First because they came across as knowledgeable and professional. Sugar is my Property Manager, and she is delightful, always polite and very professional. I feel that I am in food hands and that both the property owner and the tenants are well looked after.

A͏ very emotional time for our family. Darrin was recommended. I called him , within 1 hour he was at the premises with a brochure. explained the procedure, gave us a price. Very very pleasant to deal with, answered all our questions. Darrin attended every open house, and then gave updates. Found the right buyer who paid the asking price. At settlement there were no surprises the quote he gave us was spot on. Darrin was very professional and a pleasure to deal with along with his staff also very professional.

I'm a tenant at one of their properties. Absolutely love Sugar Pirie who is the Senior Property Manager. She is honest, friendly and very kind. She assists in anyway possible. Her response time is short and is contactable.
