VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Robert does not stick to his word, he is too worried about money that he forgets he needs to deliver the job first. I paid 50% deposit for 2 vans and 10 flute signs. After 3 months he finished the second van with a different colour, sticker full of bubbles and 2 of 10 flutes were considerably smaller.
He sent emails and messages asking for money and threatening not to finish the job once I had already paid 50% upfront nearly 2 months ago.

His excuses when I asked what happened that the colour of the sticker were different and why different sizes of flute he answered that he ran out of material and did the print differently.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I regret to say that my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. They took payment but did not complete the job as promised. Their behaviour was unprofessional and rude, making it one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They lacked knowledge in signage and demanded a deposit, only to disappear afterward. I strongly advise against trusting this business or its representatives.
Additionally, we have reported this matter to Fair Trading for further action.

We have used Absolute in Signs for 7 years. Over the years they have handled 2 relocations and erected signs on our premises. They also look after our company vehicles, Prime Movers, Table Top trucks and our Van. Our business, Summit Global Logistics has never had any issues with them. Worst experience ever if I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. Paid him a deposit never finished the job and then basically pulled out from doing the job mid way through because HE made spelling mistakes on my menu. He was chasing me to pay the full payment without him even finishing the job. This man is either on drugs or just completely lost it.

Two staff members, Robert who was simply amazing, however, the wife is a horrible person. She was so rude, unprofessional, didn’t want to go out of her way to fix a problem. She literally kicked me out of her shop despite Robert asking her countless times if he can rectify the problem yet she made him leave through the side door and he said to me please I don’t want issues with my wife. She is a disgusting human. I would never recommend this place at all don’t bother.
