No care factor what so ever. Extremely rude communicators - Via Email and Phone.

Due to loss of IT equipment and information, I was in need of transfer of Domain name along with updated credentials.
Response was
"information was already sent through to you once before source it that way"
Singling out one particular representative CW where by speaking with a robot will get you further.
I strongly encourage to stay clear and use a more recommended Provider. Four years of hell with these people when it came to Emails, websites and Domain names.

This is the message on their website

Rubbish...
there was no Partnership for us AT ALL for the past 4 years.

Absolutely recommend. The level of coding expertise is google level in my uneducated opinion lol. All i know is i am always delivered way above what was expected with site and e-commerce systems when new functionality and systems need to be implemented.
We have some very intricate and complex systems all running so elegantly and without errors
Rock solid coding. Can get some quick action whenever there are problems. This is invaluable.

Been with these Guys since 2006. our business has grown quite large in this time and they have been a definite asset to us.
