Malcolm from Dig It Sewer repair was awesome, came out same day we called and scoped our line to see if the repairs another company said we needed were necessary. After going over everything he gave us quotes for a partial or complete repair; his quote for the small repair and addition of a clean out outside was 4x lower than the other company, and the quote for a total repair was over $6K lower. Malcolm also provided us with references for several drain specialists to flex cable the line for us.

This company is great! Malcolm came out in a very timely manner. He spent a good deal of time with us explaining exactly what our problem is and what needs to be done. After having our sewer scoped by multiple other plumbers with no real answers, we were frustrated. Malcolm finally gave us the answers we needed. He gave us a fair estimate and was very professional.
