Daniel Wojko was extremely unethical and dishonest.
My experience with him was highly disappointing. After my solicitor sent the signed contract to the seller’s solicitor, Daniel demanded I increase my offer, likely using my contract to get a higher bid. He lied, claiming my contract wasn’t received, yet the next day, my solicitor was informed the seller had exchanged a second contract with another buyer. He never even contacted me for my deposit refund. Avoid him at all costs!
