I purchased a set of SMAI kettlebells during the black Friday sale as their price was more competitive when compared to other retailers.

The kettlebells were shipped quickly which i was happy about.

However i noticed that one of the kettlebells had a different finish when compared to the others. SMAI did replace it, with the replacement having the same issue.

Ultimately i ended up keeping the replacement as SMAI's solution was for me to return the entire set and to also pay for return shipping.

I was disappointed with the inconsistency of manufacturing and was expecting to receive a product which was the exact same as the one advertised. A product which had the same quality and finishing as the others i'd received.

I purchased the SMAI Medium, Heavy, and XHeavy exercise bands. I have used multiple other brands in the past but none of any of those have come close to comparing to the excellence in quality of this product line. SMAI bands are expertly crafted, the materials are top quality and maintain a solid, strong tension, all the while staying very comfortable to use. I was also impressed with how quickly this company received, processed and shipped my order. So fast! Clean, quick, professional. SMAI delivers! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately bought a $300 product for our gym. Died after just 5 months. Tried everything to fix. Spoke to these guys but refused to assist as the product only has a 3 month warranty. That's $100 per month. Hoping this is not there standard response to faulty products bought for professional use.
