Ordered the triple chocolate waffle and it really just tasted like a frozen waffle bought from woolies, drizzled with chocolate to make it look more presentable. It was dry and not even heated all the way through. Disappointed, would not recommend.

Came to have some ice cream with the family at 2pm on Saturday afternoon (8th Feb). The ice cream is mostly tasty as you’d expect from Royal Copenhagen. BUT today this review of 5 stars is a result of the incredibly helpful, professional and friendly service received from Jay (I’m pretty sure that was his name). It’s very encouraging to find the kind of legitimate, sincerely helpful service he blessed us with today.

The ice cream is good but really disappointed with the change in the quantity. The first picture is the two scoop of ice cream i had in january and the second picture is the one i just had, in june. Both costed me $9.5. When I asked and showed them the pictures, they told me that it’s because of the texture of the ice cream even though i had the exact same flavours both times.

I love Adam and Taylor like Taylor swift. Adam provided us individuals with amazing service giving us ice cream and Taylor like Taylor swift watched us in the back. We really enjoyed this experience and we hope to come again. We tried every Ice cream flavour .It was truly sensational and pleasing. Was walking down ed square with my autistic cousins when we walked past the shop my cousin loved the early 2000s energy music so we couldn't help it but to go and try the ice-cream and wow we were in love with the the taste of the ice-cream. And the customer service thank you Noor

Just stumbled upon this place. Ordered a 2 scoop bowl of Mango and Coconut flavored ice cream. Then wanted them in separate bowls since the scoops were too big for the cup. Staff said she will have to charge separately for the 2nd cup although technically it's the same quantity but just another cup. But she did add another scoop for each flavor while serving them in separate cups, which justifies the charges but it's still a marketing strategy to make you pay extra.

Taste : Both tasted good but the coconut was a bit dull in flavor for me. Nothing special hence 4 stars.

Experienced the best customer service by the two young ladies working during the day today , they were very friendly and made us feel welcome . Also love how we are able to taste test the ice cream flavours before purchasing👍

The customer service was sloppy. Young teens served us. They remembered the ice-cream order but forgot what I ordered for my drink so served up the incorrect one. Tables need cleaning. Plus the ice- cream smelt a bit weird.
Hoping not all the Royal Copenhagen chains are like that.
