If we could give zero stars, we would.

We purchased our home late last year and had an extremely disappointing experience dealing with Sunny and Ibrahim from Ausrealty. Despite the property being advertised within a specific price guide, Sunny conducted a silent auction behind closed doors and continuously pressured us to offer significantly more than the advertised range.

Ultimately, we increased our offer and secured the property, but our interactions leading up to settlement were highly unprofessional. We were subjected to belittling behavior, dishonesty, and poor communication. Attempts to arrange access for tradespeople to take measurements were repeatedly met with misleading information and excuses, seemingly to avoid the inconvenience of granting access.

Unfortunately, we are not the first to have encountered such treatment, and we doubt we will be the last. Based on our experience, we strongly advise against dealing with Sunny, particularly at Ausrealty.
