Faulty Travelators: The travelators are frequently out of order, causing significant inconvenience for customers, especially those with limited mobility or those carrying heavy shopping. The reliability of these essential facilities needs urgent attention to ensure smoother movement within the center.

Limited Parking: Parking at the center has become a major issue, with very few spaces available, especially during peak hours. This makes it incredibly difficult to park and enjoy the shopping experience.
Misuse of Disability and Parent Parking: This site has very limited disabled parking. I. Addition to that on multiple occasions, I observed regular cars occupying spaces designated for people with disabilities and parents with prams. This is not only inconsiderate but also leaves those who truly need these spaces without a spot, creation unnecessary frustration. Management needs to increase their services standards.

E.dspuare shopping centre is fairly new shopping as is edmondson Park. I arrived by train the station is across the road. I went with the children to iplay. Got a pass for 75 minutes for $25 . Good value. We walked around the centre, got drinks. There was a large range of different food outlets. Plus a number of bar's and restaurants. As well as many different retailers. The atmosphere was great and chilled 👌 we had a great day out here

Ed Square is a really good place to do shopping, dining and for recreation as well u. It has more than 20 restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere and inner city vibe. Bowling alley and Event Cinema are also a major highlight. You can do a birthday party or any other function in Iplay, kids will gonna love it.

Ed Square offers a great overall experience. This new centre has a fresh, modern design and plenty of parking, making it very convenient. It mainly features a variety of restaurants, eateries, and boutique stores, creating a unique shopping and dining atmosphere.

While it doesn’t have big-box stores, Ed Square is perfect for those looking to enjoy good food and explore smaller, specialty shops. A fantastic spot to check out if you’re in the area!

This place was nice when it first opened. Now you have groups of teenage boys running around swearing, spitting, fighting and driving their bikes and hotted up cars at dangerous speeds through the road dividing the strip on one side and the seating area on the other. Security guards are too scared to do anything. If they got rid of these teenagers causing trouble and making noise, it could go back to being a peaceful place for all to enjoy.

I am deeply disappointed with the service at ED Square parking on the evening of December 8, 2024. My mother entered the parking lot at around 1:00 PM and stayed for approximately 30 minutes. She returned later that evening, entering around 9:20 PM. Upon exiting at 10:00 PM, the parking machine demanded a payment of $45, despite the short time spent in the lot.

When she pressed the help button, the staff member who responded was unhelpful and unprofessional. The staff member wrongly insisted that my mother had been parked since the afternoon, and when my mother tried to explain, the staff member abruptly ended the conversation and closed the line. After trying again with no response, my mother was left with no option but to pay the $45, as there was a line of cars behind her.

This experience was frustrating and distressing, especially considering that my mother was charged incorrectly. I hope the management investigates this issue, refunds the $45, and takes steps to improve staff training on customer service and conflict resolution.

I would not expect such unprofessional behavior at a shopping center of this caliber. I hope this issue is addressed swiftly, and I strongly recommend better communication and staff training in the future.

1-Star Review: Frustrating and Unreliable Parking Billing System

I regularly use Ed Square’s car park and I’m always left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. There are numerous times the parking fees were charged incorrectly, and the entire experience was a hassle. Despite parking under 3 hours, I was always get overcharged upon exiting.

When I tried to resolve the issue with the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive, blaming me and offering no real solution. It’s unacceptable to charge customers incorrectly and then refuse to take responsibility.

The lack of transparency and poor customer service made this a terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable parking option. Seems like they’re taking advantage of customers who don’t check how long they actually park for and taping to pay to exit.
