As Stamp and Grind recently sold we needed to have our social media accounts transferred to the us the new owners.
Elisha de Jonge at Web Domination was able to work with Facebook support for the admin roles to be transferred. As it was discovered the admins were previous owners to who we brought from and there was no full admin access on the account.
Working with Elisha was seamless she gained full access when then added us as new admins to the accounts, set up Facebook and Instagram Business Suite correctly, connected all the accounts so they talk to each other and ease of social media posting in the future. She was also able to secure our Google Business Profile and transfer manager rights so we can keep our local presence and reviews.
