We are extremely happy with our Crown door and side panel. Victoria went above and beyond to help me, emailing me late on a Saturday and helping with the ordering and measurements etc. nothing was too much trouble. The door and panel are exceptional quality and there were so many variations to choose from. The builder was very impressed. They were a reasonable price also in comparison with other companies.

Last week I got in touch with Complete Doors Online, who told me that I wouldn't be able to get any of their doors before the end of the year due to factory closures.

To make a long story short, it is now a week later and the exact door I first enquired about has been delivered to my house. Directly from Crown Doors, the manufacturer.

I made a direct enquiry received a prompt reply from Alexia. We discussed a modification I needed and 10 minutes later I had a quote, along with a promised delivery date of a week later, in my inbox.

Twice during the week the delivery date was confirmed, and it duly arrived as described and on time. It is exactly the kind of great service that Complete Doors Online couldn't be bothered to even attempt.

Thanks Crown Doors, I'll be back.

Crown Doors was an exceptional company to deal with. They delivered quality products within a quick time frame and had great communication. When one lot of goods was damaged in transit, they arranged for it to be picked up from my house and delivered back to them. New undamaged goods were delivered back to me within a short time frame. I would highly recommend Crown Doors for their high quality products and their great customer service.

Seriously happy. We needed to match doors in our period home and Crown Doors were perfect for the job. The quality is fantastic, sold doors that are finished brilliantly. The cost was very economical and I have to say every staff member that I dealt with went out of their way to help (even loading the doors in a torrential downpour!). Very satisfied.
