Quite some time ago, a young acquaintance recommended Isaac to me to set up my new laptop. I did leave in Coolangatta and Isaac was able to make home visits. However I’ve recently moved to the outskirts of Brisbane . So I travelled all the way down to Isaac’s office in South Tweed for home to set up my new computer for the third time!
I am very attached to my laptop and Isaac has looked after my devices very well.. often giving me tips on how I use it effectively. I’ll never go anywhere else. I think the Izzy Go part definitely refers to how easy he seems to make my troubles go.

My computer was blue screening and I was at my wits ends when I was recommended to get in touch with Isaac from Izzy Come Izzy Go Computers. He understood my issue I was having with my laptop and I was lucky enough he was free that afternoon attend my office to look over my computer. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix it then and there and took it back to his repair shop to investigate further. The computer's motherboard was not working and needed to be replaced. I had only had the laptop for just over 2 years and of course the warranty was for 1 year. I was out of warranty. Isaac encouraged me to phone Dell and advise the price of the product did not reflect only 2 years of working order. I explained word for word what Isaac recommended for me to say including the Australian Consumer Law would also see the working life of a laptop for the price I paid should be longer than 2 years. Dell have come to the party and currently have my laptop replacing the motherboard free of charge. Isaac was prompt in his response to my phone call and his attendance to my home office. He was very respectful of the situation I was in and was very helpful assisting me with getting the positive come out that I have been able to achieve. I would definitely recommend Isaac if you are looking for prompt and reliable service.

My PC had a sound issue when I started it up after a couple of years in storage. Isaac gave the whole thing a health check and quickly found the problem. It turned out to be an operator error and rather than take advantage of that, Isaac only charged for the time spent, not the full service fee, and had my computer back to me on the same day. Excellent service and Isaac graciously tried to convince me it could happen to anyone!

Izzy came to our house to set up my new laptop. He was recommended to me by one of the electrical/appliance stores in Tweed Heads. He was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. He was patient in answering my questions, and I found him honest and straightforward. I can highly recommend Izzy.

Before using Isaac's services I used to worry about how I was going to manage everything related to, in particular my emails.
He set me up, to more easily manage emails. As well as that, he setup my new computer, to take advantage of it's features.
Something that would have taken weeks to do, Isaac completed in about 3 hours.
Very knowledgable and professional.
I now have someone that I can call on, to quickly fix problems, and easily explain how I can manage my emails etc. and get the most out of new hardware that I have.
