Visited her in her new location and is so let down with her service and product quality. It came off in under a week and went back to salon to “fix it up” in which she would charge me again for the hair cause apparently it was my fault of it coming all off.

I have had hair extensions for over 5 years so I know the proper care and maintenance. Please avoid her at all cost, regardless of how shiny her marketing is on socials. She does not live up the hype. Money is #1 for her, not service or product.

they have my, $1000 worth of hair and my paid amount of $180 for rebonding, hair has not been returned and i cannot get hold of the via social,email calls or text, very upset.

Very unprofessional, extremely poor customer service, good at marketing on instagram. certainly no idea on how to run a business. Location in a very dodgy neighbourhood. Her team are quite unprofessional and lack of confidence you can tell they are scared of Sky. I almost fell for instagram but I consider myself lucky I didn’t pay $2000 for this type of service. save your $ go elsewhere:)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The other comment is extremely accurate. I paid my entire amount, $1,050, as I had used Skye previously some 5 years ago and wouldn't think this would happen to me. I arrived to some apartment block in what looks like a "bad neighbourhood", waiting around for 40-50 mins, calling and texting her with no response, so I left. I texted her requesting a refund of the entire amount, and called my bank to set up an investigation in an attempt to get it returned. Skye texted later that evening, claiming to have been in hospital since early morning and couldn't text or call. She said she'd already ordered my hair specifically for me. She said she'd come to my house and return $100 for messing me around. I knew of the previous comment here but gave her the benefit of the doubt. I gave her my available time, and was met with "oh, it has to be during work hours". A Saturday was suggested and it was "oh, I have kids, I am a single mum. Can you come to me?". I mentioned that she had offered to come to me, and we agreed on a time and day at my house. I texted her during that agreed day and the response was "oh, I'm going to be an hour late". I texted her 30 mins after our later agreed time and it was "I'm not coming. I'll refund you full amount".
That was a month ago, and still no money. I've msgd every second day for that period of time, demanding my money back. $1,050.
Also, her ABN was cancelled in August 2017. So she's running a "business" without being registered with ASIC or registered for gst with the ATO. I assume she also wouldn't have public liability insurance.
I now have no option than to go through the Small Claims Court to receive my money back. Don't risk losing your money like I have. Go elsewhere

BUYERS BEWARE! My partner booked an appointment and payed a deposit recently. On the day of appointment my partner waited outside her place for an hour with no reply. Next day there was a message from her with the excuse that her mobile was stolen. This shouldn't have affected the appointment so a refund was asked for and agreed upon. It's been over a week with no response to messages through her various accounts. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
