Besides the ground level car park being a bit hectic and busy at times, Bass Hill Plaza is a great place to stop in for all your necessities, whether it's for work, something personal or meet up with family or friends, exchange an item from Kmart, getting your groceries, grabbing a quick bite to eat, the Plaza offers many stores including a Medical centre inside the chemist.

Very nice to shop here, plenty of car park available. Less crowd during evening. Wet wipes available at the entrance. Maintained pretty well. Can get almost everything needed for our household here from kmart, Aldi and Woolies.

Mouth watering, soft, and fresh doughnuts. We went late, not much variety left. 4 to be precise. The worker in the hijab serving wasn't friendly. Charged us extra, regardless of the variety box we we're purchasing, with fewer options that we're available. ($2 per doughnut ) Wasn't the best approach and was not very satisfied with the customer service that was presented. Otherwise, the doughnuts did taste amazing.

I was buy two pick yogurts, each price $6.50
Total amount $13
Then the shop lady charged me 21.27
Then I ask she told me surcharges, I mean $8.27
So then I was quietly outside from shop
I’ll never , ever coming again this shop 🤮
I recommend for everyone if buy there something bring cash.if you paying by card shoud be pay extra

A pretty decent shopping centre in south-west Sydney, but as you can see by the pics, desperately in need of a makeover.

It’s got all of the essentials you need, like Woollies, K-Mart and food/cafe options...however the food court seating is pretty much non-existent, and parking can be a nightmare (depending on the time of day).

Some refurbishments/renovations and a few more “brand” stores could really improve things.

Ignorant staff threw out my Apple turnover when my wife asked for a takeaway. She ordered it but it looked sickly as I had an apple turnover there before. I highly recommend not to give any business to these dreadful people.
