Every time we visit for a simple upgrade it takes 2-3 hours and a whole lot of issues to deal with for months after due to incompetent staff. This time is no exception but they are now not only incompetent but rude and just plain angry. I never had these issues at Optus stores anywhere else I have lived, only here is a joke. My advice, take a trip ANYWHERE else that has an Optus store.

Very poor experience at this store. Almost 3 hours to sign up for new phones, then totally mucked up paperwork, no visibily to my account now, despite money going out via direct debit. 2 return visits,, excuses and sorry lodged an i.t. ticket. 10 days, no call back or progress to sort out the issues. Incompetence is an understatement. And zero customer service.

There is nothing wrong with Optus Bathurst, it is more Optus in general, whenever I am with Optus, whatever plan I choose, my connection is always bad with them, this doesn't happen as much with most companies, but Optus, always

5 stars NOW but earlier this week 0 stars. Earlier this week no help from Optus store , didn't listen and just gave me customer service phone number even though customer service told me to go to store. Yesterday I Spoke with Imogen regarding an absolute mess with an Optus Order and a faulty product. Imogen was an absolute delight. She listened to me and assured me that she would help me with my issue. She directed me to the CORRECT department and now I am in the process of getting my issue resolved. If only this happened 3 days ago.
