I had an unfortunate incident happen to me with some negatives of my deceased Son. Peter went above and beyond to give me something I could never have expected or hoped for photos I thought would be lost forever to hold in my hands. He did this at NO COST to me. I truly believe they are the most remarkable and caring people I have ever had the fortune to cross paths with in my life, Thank you to Peter for everything you and your staff did to give me something that will last me for the rest of my days. I would highly recommend the quality of the workmanship that went into this project. I will never forget what you did and be grateful for the rest of my days.

Jann was Verry helpfull with taking passport photo for a young child. It is not a retail shopfront but rather run from a residential premise.
Would return, reccomended.

Edited: The photo was rejected by DFAT so we returned and had the photo retaken, was helpfull and friendly again but still charged 25$. Not happy when the initial photo was not fit for purpose. 45$ for one photo, not happy.

Would help if they had a dedicated photo studio/space/room where the lighting is perfect to take the photos instead of a dark hallway.
