I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Adonis Design. Initially I was contacted via Facebook by Adonis and decided to proceed with a website project after the second contact. Adonis kindly offered to assist, and I was required to pay for host and domain. However, it took two months with no progress, I reached out to the office and was informed that that the website will take 3 months. Despite waiting for another 2 month making almost 5, I received no updates or communication from Adonis. My attempts were ignored, leaving me in a state of uncertainty. I am confident that if the issue had been related to pricing or services rendered, we could have resolved it successfully. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and transparency has led to a very disappointing experience. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that improvements will be made to prevent similar issues for other customers in the future.
