As of this writing she is still not paying the agency she used to help her marketing business and the direct contractors she hired. She switched her services to a mentoring service as she cannot deliver her promises to her clients, and cannot afford to pay her team. Overpromises and under delivers, and then when a client leaves she shifts the blame to her team. No proper briefing and onboarding. She expects a team member to figure it out on their own once she hires them, and blame them if they do something wrong.

This is why no onshore and offshore staff stayed with her. She also discriminated a staff with a health condition. Pays are also consistently delayed.

Her convincing words may be great to hear from a client's perspective. Once you use her services and sign a contract expect a ton of stress and undelivered promises. Ex-employees also reported rude behaviour and constant micromanagement. Further evidence can be provided to support this, from all her previous staff.
