They were amazing till last year when one of their staff left. She was fantastic, very friendly and professional. We were so happy as the communication was timely and clear always!! Unfortunately since she has left, their service gone downhill. Their loss is huge…😥 I really appreciate what they did and hope their service will be great again.

Rosie and Milton are both lovely property managers to deal with. They have made the rental process easy and transparent.

Beaches and Bush did a great job of selling our coastal weekender within a very reasonable timeframe at the best price for our property. Milton went above and beyond to get us the best price. I know many agents would have been happy to strike a deal as soon as the asking price was offered but Milton negotiated on our behalf to get us another 10% - only a relatively small amount of extra commission for him but a pretty large sum for us!!
