Absolutely Disgraceful: FMS Group Fails Miserably in Client Support
Our experience with FMS Group following the passing of our father in August 2024 has been utterly appalling. We expected that, as a long-standing client, FMS would provide some guidance and support regarding our father's investments. Instead, we encountered an astonishing lack of interest and a shocking level of indifference.
After providing the necessary documentation to confirm our identities as his children, we were met with an abysmal level of service. Communication proved to be an insurmountable obstacle. Emails were met with agonizingly long delays, often exceeding two weeks, and the responses were typically curt and unhelpful, offering no meaningful direction. To this day, an email sent on October 11, 2024, remains unanswered.
This lack of support forced us to navigate the complexities of our father's investments entirely on our own, dealing directly with his Super Fund. It became abundantly clear that FMS Group's concern for their clients ends abruptly upon the cessation of commissions.
We strongly advise anyone considering FMS Group to proceed with extreme caution. Their disregard for clients in need is a stark testament to their lack of integrity and commitment to providing quality service.
