We had bought engraved pens from this company for 2 years with no problems. The 3rd order we placed was never received. They advised that the order was signed for at a location 80km away from me. So they had sent it to the wrong address. They no longer respond to emails and when phoned, promised a refund or credit note 3 times, but still nothing weeks later. They just lie until you give up. Well I've given up but i wont shut up.
UPDATE 18-2-21:
So 8 months later you respond....... Says it all really.
Yes, you say you sent the pens - BUT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
Yes, you answer your phone and promise to fix issues, but never do.

Gave one star because I couldn't give ZERO!
They are very quick to take your money, but they never processed my order ,never replied on my emails, even making hard to get refund from PayPal. Please do not have any business with this company!
