My daughter did a survey from Farron for a uni. Carla put her in to the survey. She responded to texts until after my daughter did the survey then when asked about being paid she never responded and she won't respond. I'm going to contact the uni that gives her money to pay the clients and tell them she keeps the money. And I'm also contacting fair trading. Don't do surveys with these people. They steal the money and keep it for themselves.

It is now 18th of June and my daughter still has not been paid. I thought she would have been paid by now so I had forgotten about it for a while. I will be contacting the person that interviewed her and the uni she goes to tomorrow.

Do not sign up with these people!
After over a year of being on their mailing list, responding to and expressing interest in several surveys, I can safely say that I qualified for not a single paid research opportunity. I have wasted enough of my time with them.
I get the dirty feeling that these people are advertising paid research sessions, but very few of these sessions actually happen. They are simply collecting survey responses for free for their paying clients, off the suckers on their mailing list.
I signed up with another company and was invited to a session almost immediately after submitting the survey, participated and got paid.
Don’t get your hopes up when you get an automated response asking you to update your profile and including the following reassuring statement: “I will forward your details to the recruitment team and we will see if we can get you booked in for something soon”. I got that multiple times. I suspect they just make you update your profile so they can send you more surveys to collect more free data off of you with the promise of paid research that you get disqualified from for no reason after you’ve submitted your free survey responses.

Farron Research is very slow at paying their participants of focus groups. I participated in some research over a week ago now and I still haven't been paid....... definitely not a good look. Very difficult to contact, would not recommend.

Although I am a retired academic, I never qualified past the numerous survey notices Farron Research kept on sending me. It seems a lot of information is gathered on you but not for your benefit. I found it a waste of my time over a number of years. One can only wonder about their sampling
and results.

This is probably one of the most unprofessional research companies. Today, I discovered that they blocked my number so I could never reach out to them. It was because of one of the rudest and most unprofessional ladies being pointed out as highly unprofessional. If you raise your voice for their wrongdoing, you're wrong and they're perfect. Because of some undisciplined staff, they're losing a lot of great participants.

If you remove all the rude ladies from your business, you're unlikely to meet rude participants. So, remove all the garbage first. You block number, but send me message to contact via email and text. What a shame! Your reply proves that you're a great supporter of all those unprofessional and rude staff working for you and losing the reputation of the company day by day.

I was confirmed 3 times for an online research survey that was due to be held midweek.. On the day the client decided I wasn't eligible because I didn't have head phones! When I explained that I didn't need head phones, because I was told by Farron the day earlier that it wasn't necessary. The client abruptly shut down the video on line session without an apology. I had cleared my diary for the morning session and was told I would be reimbursed $50 as an apology. Haven't received anything to date. Wouldn't bother my time again, the team seem very young and inexperienced.

I have never had a bad experience with Farron, they have always been very professional and friendly whenever I have ever had any questions. The staff at Farron are always very helpful. I have done many interesting projects with Farron.
