Do not get involved with this company.
No customer communication.
I had to give them 1 star in order to submit this review. However this company does not deserve any stars. Minus stars.
I ordered and paid for a vacuum, but it’s been weeks without any updates from the company about my delivery. After reaching out via email for an update, I found out that the vacuum I ordered was out of stock. I requested a refund, but all I got was an automated response saying my ticket would be forwarded to the right team. Unfortunately, there was no further communication, so I emailed again, explaining that I had gone without a vacuum for three weeks and ended up buying one from a retail store due to their inability to fulfill my order. I requested a refund once more. The following day, I received a notification saying that my order had been shipped and pickup by a courier. I sent two more emails indicating that I wouldn’t be accepting the delivery and reiterated my request for a refund, but I still haven’t heard back. Now, I just got a message from the courier that my delivery is on its way. I’m left wondering what to do with two vacuum cleaners and a total expense of $1,359!
Disgraceful company.
