Great Variety of options In odd clearance sales.. Displayed very well. I came too get a rugby ball too enjoy weekend with friends in Bega from Canberra. Walked out with clothes and hat because the Items where popping at me because someone took pride in making me see this. So greatfull for service and helpful advice from all staff members in store.

I was asked by my wife to pick up an order from the "pickup desk" last saturday- all goods we're paid for, and our name was on the order. However, I was asked to supply proof of my identity and was demanded an order number, otherwise it was going to make things "complicated"...finally, after receiving the goods(leggings for my wife), I was given a lecture about supplying a number to pick up our order...now , such rudeness is unnecessary, it's a waste of time, and clearly this staff member was venting...I didn't get her name, however she clearly has the attitude of a flat tyre- you can't go anywhere unless you change it...good luck Big W Bega..she is a liability to you...

We dropped in to Bega Store this afternoon. Unlike most of these shops these days we were greeted by the incredibly pleasant Catherine. She asked if we needed help, she was in ladies wear, l was after PJ's from Mens wear and directed us to the exact place. It was so nice in these days of very little customer service to meet Catherine, a breath of fresh air and so helpful. We are holidaying and she gave us a couple of tips of places to see.

I wanted to shout out to Amelia, who had helped my wife and me. She was fantastic from start to finish. She helped us by walking with us and helping what we were explicitly looking for; she got to know us and recommended some items. She would deserve it if there were an employee of the month or year. We have never had service like that before when we have been at BIG W, and we will surely be coming back and asking for Amelia's assistance. Well Done, Amelia!
