Two years ago, after months of preparing my house to be photographed for sale ($500+), I sold the house to an investor through LJ hooker Belmore. The investor reused my photos to advertise the property as a rental (with a different agency) and now, two years on, LJ hooker Belmore has reused my photos to relist the property for sale.
My photos were taken two years prior and are not reflective of the condition of the home today, which is very misleading to potential buyers. It doesn't sit well with me that my photos and the time I spent preparing my home have been gifted to the new owner two years on.
