I was so impressed by Omer for his great advice and straight-to-the-point answers (the first consultation was complimentary - to my surprise). As an owner who knows NOTHING about the council rules and industry practices, he made it very easy to understand - regarding different billboards / electronic advertising and his own experiences dealing with different scenarios. Santiago from Mindesigns went absolutely above and beyond in building my website. We had a few issues because I had hired designers from outside his firm to do the graphics and logo. I had a bit of a nightmare experience with those designers which set us back with the website development, however Santiago was so patient with me. He also made Sure that my website was absolutely beautiful, despite the fact that my designer (not from his firm) never delivered on the graphics we were waiting for. He took so much time to make sure everything looked beautiful, that the site would be optimised for best SEO (because who cares if it only looks pretty but doesn't actually WORK), and that all the edits were in before I launched it to my audience. He built a beautiful and functional site, and on top of that has a really beautiful personal manner. Santiago was patient, kind and I believe really generous in his offering.
