We engaged Suzi as buyers moving into the Southern Highlands from northern Sydney. While taking the time to understand our needs and preferences as a family, she also moved very quickly to identify and inspect both on-market and off-market properties that met the brief, and get reports and photos to us. It’s not a 9 to 5 job - not unlike selling, when it’s on, it’s on. The combination of time saved - especially as we were out of area - and access to off-market properties proved very valuable to us, as we did indeed end up buying off-market. It’s clear that Suzi has good working relationships with the local selling agents and knowledge of the local market, and this made it an easy decision to have her negotiate on our behalf (well into a Sunday evening) on the property we purchased. During July last year I tried to research and purchase a home in the Southern Highlands on my own. I am very capable but just found the whole process overwhelming and I put the dream of living in the Southern Highlands on hold.

My whole experience has been life changing and I have now fulfilled a long-time dream thanks to Suzi Bryant helping to manifest it.
