I've been working with Icon Media for about 2 years now. I've also tried multiple other digital marketing agencies in the past and there is a VERY clear difference in terms of the level of service and care that's been afforded to me with Icon.

Maurice genuinely cares to see our business grow and succeed. He's built an awesome team around him who are great with their communication and we're constantly trying new things and new approaches.

Icon are always at the forefront of whatever new technologies are arising, and testing out what works best. Would give 10/5 stars if I could. If you're thinking about using a digital marketing service for your real estate business don't look any further.

Icon Media have exceeded my expectations in all areas. In the 5+ weeks I have been with Icon I have been provided with warm leads of a high standard. Icon's back end support and communication are impeccable and definite deserve 5+ stars rating. Great communication and customer service; however, I did not receive a listing in the first month. I also contacted three sales reps who signed up with Icon Media to compare progress. There was only one new listing across four sales reps within the first month of the subscription. At the end of the first month of my subscription, I was called by Maurice, who informed me that the price for the service had increased. I chose not to proceed

Jack has been tenacious in his repetitive but important phone and text communications with new prospects generated from facebook and other databases.

Honest opinion here from my personal experience which I know is not consistent across the board. I have a friend in rural QLD who has absolutely excelled from using these services, unfortunately for me this wasn't the case.
99% of the leads I received seemed surprised once I reached out to contact them. There was a steady flow of "leads" whilst my google add words expense reminded high but very little quality fruit compared to the other traditional methods of lead generation, ie. Open home call backs, property enquiries, just listed, cold calls etc. The $8k upfront cost and $350 per week recommended Facebook spend had proved to be the least effective tool for generating appraisals which ultimately led me to reach out to media co. Don't get me wrong, the team is extremely responsive and wants you to do well but I was disappointed that when I asked if there was a different lead generation FB Add on offer (after stumbling across my add on Facebook and seeing why nearly all were hesitant to talk to me) the response was one of an upsell whereby I invest an additional $15,000 for the appraisal generating option rather than attempting to fix the current strategy I had already invested in. Naturally my confidence was low as the original strategy had not been what I had hoped for and I declined the offer. I felt the add page was basically tricking someone in to providing their details as they entered them expectimg an instant online property appraisal. This conclusion seemed consistent with my follow up phone calls and poor connection rate.
Finally, my case manager reached out to me to inform me that my monthly Facebook budget had run out and wanted to know when I would throw some more cash at it. I was honest that cash was tight and was unsure when this would occur. When I logged back on the next day to discuss the potential of reassessing things in the new year, my communication page had been disabled and I effectively had been cut off.
In summary I would be wary of the Sales tactics promising a certain amount of "quality" leads. In my experience the "quality" was definitely lacking and I regret the large investment.
