Id like to say a big thank you to Matt and Peter and the team at Getmilk for a fantastic job. I was nervous coming into it all not knowing anything about websites and requirements. Matt really took his time and explained everything to me and gave me the confidence and to proceed with Getmilk. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Get Milk were absolutely fantastic from the second I spoke with them. I chatted with Matt and he was so honest and helpful, I never once got the feeling he was trying to sell me junk I didn’t need. He straight up told me what I would need and what to not waste time on and I hung up the phone feeling relived and happy. He said they would most likely have it done within a week (honestly, I thought no way that could be done so fast) but it only took 6 days. I was shocked. The work was great, they really understood the assignment. I am extremely happy with my website.

I would highly recommend them to everyone, I can’t say enough good things about Get Milk.

Unfortunately I wasted my time with Getmilk. I have already addressed my concerns with the owner who I believe has not taken the feedback on board. Got a quote from Getmilk, I accepted it and asked for a little more clarity on what was included (the original “quote” was “You would be looking at approx $xk - $xk.” figures removed). Before receiving that quote, I had previously provided requirements in depth of what we were after including names and links to plugins that are used and the software etc. After a cancelled appointment (on behalf of Getmilk) and numerous of emails back and fourth, they pulled out.

The most frustrating thing is that when originally talking with Getmilk, I expressed I was not interested in wasting any time as I had previously done so, they assured me they would not do so.

It’s a shame as they have some good reviews.

I found GETMILK on Facebook, just as desperation was setting in, having been mucked around by our previous web builder for more than a year.

GETMILK, headed up by the Extraordinary, Matt Wheatley, are an extremely efficient Creative Web Design Company. They possess amazing Technical Skills way beyond my own! They were able to Migrate our business website to a new host within just a few days and completed all of the technical updates, together with editing content blindingly fast!. Too, he moved multiple URL's to a new host and without any issues whatsoever.

Matt provided excellent advise as hew worked through the various issues, communicating efficiently all the way.

Our business arrangement has just commenced, and I'm looking forward to instructing GETMILK on further updates and another new project in the future.
