BrandResQ. Disastrous! Stressful. Rather than save your brand, It is more like making your life more stressful. Struggles to get one star. I would never use BrandResQ again. I got no idea who these reviews here are from? Or if they are real. My opinion is i would question if they are legitimate? He is an IT expert yes, with zero customer care or service. He is extremely deceitful. Tells lies. One was, "his mum was in hospital"? (delay excuse). I employed him to set up a web site. It is true we got there in the end, but it is the journey, which he seems to not care about. He cares little about the way he goes about his service. What is strange, i was wanting to cancel the whole project and get my 50% deposit back, as it was so poor. Gave him a second chance. A big mistake. It got worse. Took 4 months. A standard word press website. With the owner Sean constantly not accepting any responsibility for his services. He will blame you till the end of time. He asks for items very slow and then claims later, you were the slow one.

I gave him all my concerns in writing. This is not something done behind anyone's back. His team is not there! Never spoke to anyone beside Sean. No evidence of a team. Said i could speak to someone there, but it never happened? The support is slow and non existent and very poor. I had to do all the proof reading. Spent hours researching web sites and proof reading. In fact the delays were in the proof reading and corrections. If i did not do this, the web site would have been full of grammar errors, as he did not care. The communication is poor. Does not respond to emails, texts. Does not take calls. Because of the issues, he agreed to provide a "Google your business page", so he could get paid the balance of the 50%. You guessed it, and as expected, it did not come. Just over a month waiting. I would caution anyone using BrandResQ. I am a real customer. Never again that is for sure.
