My husband & I have built 2 homes with BDM Constructions since 2017. Our first home was selected from BDM’s standard plans with their standard entry level inclusions which still included everything such as air conditioning, blinds, driveways & landscaping + a couple of upgrades.
Our second home was custom designed by BDM’s director, Brad Maggs, who took into consideration all of our needs & requests. We stuck with the standard entry level inclusions & again decided to upgrade certain items throughout. We love our home & cannot fault the design.
Both of our homes were completed weeks ahead of the scheduled contract date & to a high standard. We highly recommend BDM if you are looking for a new home builder.

BDM Constructions were the builder for the renovation of our 1906 Federation cottage in Stanmore in 2018. The project involved enclosing a rear veranda, construction of a new family room, kitchen, walk in pantry, laundry and powder room and re-landscaping the back yard to make the most of the large 75 year-old frangipani. From the day we signed the contract BDM applied themselves diligently to the job and brought it in on schedule. We were very impressed with BDM's workmanship and the professionalism with which they conducted themselves. We are delighted with the finished result.

Terrible service. Total lack of communication and from a director. !! Wasted 4 and a half hours over two mornings for Austin not to arrive and on the second day, no communication at all as Austin had completely forgot about me !! When challenged, he said,"Understand your needs but I also have a commitment to my current clients" (sic). You might find that your future supply of clients will diminish quite quickly Austin. So much for using local, "Professionals".
