Very helpful lovely people, John and his wife were friendly and helpful which made me feel comfortable and able to ask questions about my prospective purchase. They were busy and we were interrupted several times, but I didn't mind them helping other customers who were going to be quicker to resolve than my rather complex needs. They called me several times later on to check in and give me updates on my quote and after some more work by them both got back to me with the final quotation. All up I would recommend them with no hesitation as they are lovely people and so nice with customer relations. Thanks guys. 👍

I don't usually review but when customer service is this bad, I think it's in the public's best interest.

I'm sure they're great at what they do, but if it's possible not to have to speak to them at all, my experience may have been 'better'!.

So.Terrible experience. Dropped in there to ask if they had some cable for a Microwave link installation. I was incredibly rudely spoken to with the gentleman insisting that my installation was very hard and presented so many problems seemingly implying they were the only people who should do it with no idea of who I was or what the job detail was.

I asked if they sold shielded RJ 45 plugs - I was rudely told no. I then asked if they sold the cable I was looking for - they said no. But then said they do have it but don't sell it as its 'very expensive'.

I then asked if I could buy a length of this very expensive cable. No, as John would have to ask Rob as it's in Rob's truck in Kempsey - he'll be back soon. I said OK, I'll check back in an hour. I called, no Rob. I left a message for him to urgently call me. There was no call.

Whilst I was there I enquired about the cost of a UHF install in a Prado. Extremely rudely spoken to yet again insisting there's no way of knowing as it depends on parts used. I said surely you can give me a rough estimate! 'About $180'.

In summary. My first interaction with Fettells. Never, ever again. Clearly this company have some sort of superiority complex and zero concept of customer service. The reception girl was nice though.

We needed 5 new GSP trackers installed in our work utes, I walked into Fettle's to just make an enquiry and ask about their availability.
Within only a matter of hours all 5 installs were complete and our tracking system was up and running. Thanks for the great service guys I would highly recommend you to everyone.
