Very bad experience in regards to getting a form that already exists enabled in our own account. With all the answers in front of them this was a quick and easy job for them to earn money from us both as a one off payment and a monthly retainer.

Their convoluted system and sales pipeline has left us asking more questions than we have answers to.

To help you locate us on your system we had various emails from your colleague (V. Castro) between 21st and the 23rd February 2023.

Ultimately finding us within your system will not solve the problem we experienced. We showed you an example of a form already created on your system and only needed a duplication of it, regardless if it was a copy and paste or a rebuild of the same form. Instead your sales pipeline process became very convoluted and somehow made the easy, very difficult. Even now with you mentioning you cannot find us.

We left our review over 4 months ago and have since found an alternative solution. Thank you for the reply.

Has the be the worst, most cumbersome, outdated software around. And their support...well lets say you could post a simple issue (and there are sooo many) 100 different ways, and get no solution a month later. That's what happen to me, and I just gave up and found MUCH better and cheaper solutions.
