I’ve been renting a property from HEM for about 3 and a half years, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive. The main issue has been the lack of response when it comes to necessary repairs and maintenance. Despite multiple requests for things to be fixed—such as Bathroom Light, Bedroom Light, Oven, hanging Wire outside and Gate but nothing has been addressed in a timely manner.

Additionally, the inspection process is extremely unreasonable. Instead of focusing on genuine issues or concerns, the inspections feel like they're held to an unrealistic standard, expecting the property to appear as if it has never been lived in. It feels as though normal wear and tear is being scrutinized more harshly than it should be. This added pressure, combined with the lack of maintenance, has made living here more stressful than it needs to be.

I wouldn't rent from HEM again, the staff are rude and somewhat arrogant.
