I'm so upset once again I brought a Tv from Parkes Big W the sound went day after warranty ran out. My partner the same thing now my warranty on my new Tv ran out I have no picture and only sound, I'm not rich and can not afford a new one .
I am not happy and will not be buying any electronic device from Parkes Big W again

When visiting family I have needed to visit this store a few times, the staff are rude & don’t seem to know what customer service is! After my recent visit today nothing has changed EXCEPT for the young man that assisted me in home entertainment section. Big W Parkes has obviously a culture problem which needs to be addressed! Not sure which level this problem is but you need to fix it! Never observed such unhappy staff in any other shop in Parkes

I got what I was looking for however the shelves in the ladies clothing department were a mess.
I feel sorry for the staff having to clean up after lazy customers can't be bothered to put items back where they got them from.

Asked a staff member where the fitting room was to try on some pants, was told there are none and won't ever be any, a bit abrupt she was. Must purchase first take home, then return if wrong size. How stupid. Yes I can understand a little why they have done away with them because of stealing. Go back old school and have a fitting room manned with a staff member. You are Losing sales big time. We are travellers wanting to spend in the community of Parkes. Not good for the town.

Friendly & efficient service. Good place to shop if you're travelling through the town of Parkes, I feel their stock needs to be refreshed more often as their products are outdated, especially in the technology department.
