Purchased a 400L dual sided poly water trough. Purchased through dealer from catalogue. The exit bungs hole sits higher than the bottom of the trough thereby resulting in dirt, debris and sludge not being able to drain out of the trough effectively. Contacted Rapidplas and advised them of the poor design. Was informed that they were engineered that way. Work arounds suggested were to flip over the trough (not going to happen if a trough is connected) or use a sump pump to pump out the remaining water (seriously 🤣) for a paddock trough. I'll purchase concrete troughs that drain completely in the future. Would not recommend purchasing this type of trough from Rapidplas.

And secondly for reimbursing my plumber for the hours he spent on the initial plumbing in.

Tank is solid but pretty disappointed with the finish, the tank i recieved seams like a factory second, base is deformed, full of dents and marks, the inlet strainer was just slapped in and a few of the screws just rub on the side of the hole and dont even line up as the hole isnt round, raised my concers and was told it is structurally sound and this is normal. Wouldnt have cared if they said on their website they cant make tanks with a quality finish in this size but they dont and all their photos are of shiny flawless tanks, the outlet brass thread was also damaged in transport, i raised this with them and they promised to fix or send a plumber out to replace the fitting. nothing ever happened, no calls after that, i had to repair this myself as i didnt want to miss out on anymore water.

We purchased 2 x32000 litre rain tanks on 19/02/2019 which were dispatched on the 26/3/2019, we recently found one leaking from an area that looks like a manufacturing fault, we contacted this company & sent photos of the leak, they accused us of tampering or making the leak ourselves & refuse to repair it.
We highly recommend to not use this company as their warranty is useless.
