Terrible lack of customer service experienced today. How hard is it to get a poster. Self service only. Well we went to the local print shop instead and got the poster along with a smile and excellent customer service! Go local!

I wanted to buy 2 I pads - I stood with ticket in my hand for just shy of ten minutes while they served other people who walked in after me and spoke amongst themselves - I did not say anything I just put ticket down and went and bought I pads at jb hi fi - awesome service there - this is second bad experience at Tamworth office works

She don’t even deserve 1 star. Without even listening to me she was like i got job to finish. I understand you got a printing job to finish, but i could have used self print but you had yo jump down my throat to tell me that you want to clean up?
Good luck for future. You wont go too far with this kind of customer service.
