Why do they take jobs when they have no intention of delivering the parcels? "Express" from Sydney to Tamworth. Nothing received in 10 days. Multiple phone calls from sender to DXT estabilshes parcel is at depot 25km away from delivery address. To be redirected to new address closer to depot to help them out. Wait 4 days. Nothing. 3 phone calls before an answer. Still at depot & not going to be delivered. Pick up from their depot in my lunch hour. Swift &Shift eat your heart out. These guys are better! Never ever is my recommendation.

DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY!!! As a freight forwarder who has 25+ years of experience dealing with transport companies and logistics providers, I can honestly say without a doubt, this is the worst transport company I have ever dealt with. They failed to pick up our freight nearly resulting in a $900 storage bill, the said they would compensate us for the out of pocket expenses we incurred to do half their job for them and did not. They then took days to deliver the freight, splitting the delivery of 7 pieces up over days and then to add insult to injury, they lost the 7th piece. It was ultimate found, no thanks to them and was only down to the photos we were able to provide. Once found, you would think they would deliver it immediately but no, they stuffed around for another several days saying every day it would be delivered and then not following through. What an absolute diabolical nightmare making my business look horrendous in the meantime. Honestly, they should not be in business!

Aramex, doble , fastway, by whatever name or network they are through one thing is guaranteed, they will " lose " your parcels. You can't contact them unless you want to drive out to their depot in Armstrong street.This business has cost me so much time and money in lost parcels it's beyond a joke. Seriously , I can get parcels through fedex/tnt from Texas USA faster than this company can get parcels from Sydney to Tamworth. Gross incompetence would best describe this company.

My workplace sent flowers to me after my mother died. Unfortunately, the florist used a freight company that then used this company to deliver the flowers. They arrived in Tamworth the day after they were sent (ie on time) but no one called me. The flowers sat in the depot, unrefrigerated for three days before I was finally contacted to collect the delivery.
When I opened the box, the flowers were browning, wilted and wrinkled. Not what you want.
On further investigation, I discovered that the flowers had arrived in Tamworth on Friday morning.
After leaving two messages requesting a manager call me back and receiving no response, I swung by and spoke to Angela the manager.
It is very clear that this company has no interest in providing customer service, rectifying problems or building any kind of goodwill. Their sole focus is to deflect, blame and take no responsibility. Angela advised me that "flowers die" and that they are not equipped to take perishable goods. When I asked her why they accept perishable goods, she deflected, saying it wasn't her fault that the other company had booked them. When I suggested that DXT should not accept the job if they can't fulfill it, I was told that it's not their fault and could I be really sure that the flowers were not dead when they were put in the box! (Seriously!)
I suggested that they should choose a local florist and provide me with some replacement flowers as a gesture of goodwill and I would shut up about how disgusted I am with the whole experience of dealing with them. I was told that I should feel free to tell everyone. So I am.

Had delivery, we were home, driver did not even let us know he was out the front, just put the 2 heavy parcels over the fence into the mud. When we were finally able to get someone to answer the company phone - 3 days later - all we got was that they would speak to the driver. We I formed the lady in their office, that there was another parcel due & the the 2 ladies who lived at the address were both disabled & would not be able to carry it the 70mts up the drive. Low & behold the 3rd parcel was put over the gates in such a manner we were unable to get out. We had been assured that the drive would open the gates & drive up the driveway to leave the parcel on the verandah. FAR FROM IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE.

So, it is now back where it started, again!!!.

I offered to go and pick it up myself from the Depot, ...can't do that.
