I am extremely disappointed with the way my property has been handled, and I find it unacceptable that Elders is unable to manage my property simply because it requires some repair and renovation work. As a professional property management company, this is the very responsibility you signed up for, and your inability to handle this situation reflects poorly on your management capabilities.
Furthermore, the transition from Ray White to Elders has been handled in an unprofessional and disorganized manner. How did Elders agree to take over from Ray White without having the necessary capacity to manage the properties under their portfolio? This raises serious concerns about the due diligence (or lack thereof) carried out during this transition. It is highly unprofessional to onboard properties only to later inform landlords that you lack the resources to manage them.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience with the new property manager assigned to my unit. During the end-of-lease inspection, I found her demeanor to be unprofessional and rude, particularly when she asked my son to leave the premises in a disrespectful manner.

I want to note that my initial property manager was exceptionally nice and friendly, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. Upon moving in, I also noted that the unit was not clean. The new property manager has since requested that I address all cleanliness issues, including grease on the cooktop, which was caused by the previous tenant. Additionally, she provided me with outdated invoices for water usage predating my lease.

However, I left the house in a very clean and immaculate condition. Throughout the inspection, her behavior escalated to yelling, and despite my willingness to clean any issues caused by the previous tenant, as well as those directly caused by me, she did not seem receptive to my concerns. For reference, I have attached some photos taken at the start of my lease that illustrate the condition of the unit.

I am very dissatisfied with this experience and cannot recommend their services.
I would not recommend Ray White Tamworth. Some of the staff can be rude. We are tenants and good tenants. I have leased through many real estate agencies in other places and never had an issues.

Wonderful! Have been searching for 6 weeks with other companies. Ray White was the only one who genuinely helped us find a place. The number one in Tamworth
