In regards to my last recent review!!
You can't be serious. You replied to my review making yourself look like you actually care. Gavin told me not to contact him again because he knows his in the wrong! And now you want me to contact him? No he can contact me and formally apologise to me, for lying on the entry condition form then disrespecting me. He needs to own up to his mistakes, and fix this otherwise I'll be taking legal action against him.

Our Connection with Burke and Smyth (Real Estate ) has been over many years from our days of Cattle trading to 10 years plus as managing agents of our Rental Property to now our last transaction with Burke and Smyth the sale of the Investment Property .
Mark Madden was our Sales Agent and while we have never meet Mark in person he made the Sale of our Property absolutely seamless . For Owners we always felt sale we felt was going to be problematic but Mark not once gave us the impression he could not sell and in fact realised a better price than we had hoped for . Thank You Mark !
We would be remiss in not also thanking the Rental Staff who have looked after the property for ten years their communication guidance and professionalism have been amazing - Thank You !

Terrible.

Don't touch their storage sheds.
Nothing but trouble.
Apparently I abused the staff and everything.
I have the call. I didn't abuse anybody,

I was upset as I was so far in arrears and wasn't notified, when asked what the amount was i was given 3 different prices that I had to pay.

I asked 4 times if I could pay on a date and wasn't given a straight awnser, then was treated like I wouldn't get off the phone.
All I wanted was the call to end.

I'm not sure why I would reach out again to be told I'm abusing people or problematic
As I said in the original review, don't bother
The way I see it i was seen as a problem and given no way to fix that. As it stands my payments are ahead, the less contact I can have here the better.
However i do appreciate you taking that time to reply but it's far to late.

Bad inspection report on moving out. Ridiculous, Infuriating in fact. Will ruin your good reputation as a tenant. Don’t do repairs then blame tenant for faulty items. No respect for renters. Also, didn’t do inspections on rental.

Rental 43 Allawah Street Hillvue
Have broken 12 month lease after 3 months.

Took over 2 months to fix complaints, re leaking tap. They advised gas heating plus beautiful wood fire heating .

No gas connection, bought $520 of best wood!!
For the winter, fire box not working, house up in smoke, alarms going off.

That was my last straw of enough !!

Was promised a new letter box ( house proud )
Lawns a mess , requested help to maintain the lawns, just topsoil as I have to maintain this mess on my lease . Was a yes by real estate .

As lawn a mess, when I moved in .I paid $140 to just mow the property, second mow $70 .

Only went I went to request brake of lease , leaking shower fixed, so now charging me water .

One week leaking tap, 500 litres .not paying, their fee.

Plus next door, excessive barking dog.

I’m so glad, to have moved on, I gladly terminated
my lease. .

Bad inspection report, did not agree, no feedback.
