In relation to Venkatesh, your review is one-sided, and there are always two versions of a story. We have no problem with healthy competition, and a client requesting different quotes.

My/our issue was with your misleading approach to business; as you were knowingly facilitating a competitor to have access to our intellectual information, which is why I told you we do not do business in this way.

Would you bring a competitor into your consultation office with your client? Of course not.

We do indeed have lots of work, and most of it is ongoing work with our valued clients whom we service year after year both locally and nationally. So the question needs to be examined; Is it likely that all of our clients are wrong and should not work with us, or is it more likely your method of procuring our information for your own gain was unethical?

As service providers we have the right to choose not to work with a client if we feel there is a concern, and your approach concerned our whole team collectively. I can certainly say that we would absolutely not choose to work with you, and your decision to write this negative review is proof that we had the foresight to interpret this and walk away.
