I contacted Zulu on a short timeframe of 24hour turn around, for 5 shirts. Diana agreed she could do this for me, which I was extremely thankful for. However, the experience myself and my friend, who was picking the shirts up for me, had was not a nice one. I understand i set a short deadline and may have been a nuisance, however it is up to the owner to decide if the request is too much, and simply decline the request, rather than making us feel like the biggest burden in the world and speak to us so rudely. Not to mention, it wasn't like i got off cheap to get them done within 24hrs so this was so unnecessary.

The most unprofessional people. I had gave them 20 hats to print. My company trying to keep local businesses in work absolutely destroyed my hats and gave them back to me 6 weeks later than was told with them using permanent marker instead of the job they were paid to do. Took it further and got nothing back from them, not even an appologie.Would not recommend these guys as they don't even pay back there mistakes and are totally unprofessional causing my company to create a loss.
