Wouldn't recommend this company. After sending me the wrong sized gazebo for what I ordered and the incorrect size wall to go with it they then charged me for it and had to redo my correct order. I have used my gazebo only a handful of times and it's broken. One of the arms that stretch across has snapped. After opening the gazebo upon deliver the zipper broke when we tried to put it back in and the bag tore. I paid for the stronger package and it's not great at all. Now to get a part delivered that's broken they charge a super high fee for delivery for a light weight part. Wouldn't recommend the product and whilst they can be prompt to reply (sometimes) their service is basic and not at all that helpful.

I would never recommend using Banner Online. I provided my logo to place on A4 presentation folders and they changed the colour on one tiny section of my logo. When I reviewed it I checked for placement of logo, spelling mistakes but was not expecting I would need to check that a tiny detail on my logo had been changed. When I called them to discuss, they accepted no responsibility. They highlighted that issues can happen in their processes but would not accept responsibility. I asked would they reprint if we went 50/50 and they said no. I would never recommend using this company and I now have 250 folders that are now useless.

Waited so long for my order because they forgot about it! Then once I finally recieved it the poles broke within days. Have emailed for a full refund. Still waiting.
